The Mount Salak Tourism Village has unique potential, combining spiritual and ecotourism, but the increase in tourist visits poses challenges related to visitor safety and comfort. This research aims to improve the capacity of managers, particularly the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), in managing occupational safety and health (OHS) risks through risk management training using the HIRARC method. The activity was carried out in three stages: (1) counseling on OHS concepts and risk management, (2) practicing hazard identification, risk assessment, and designing control measures at key tourist sites, and (3) evaluating the training results. A total of 30 participants participated in this activity. Pre- and post-test results showed an increase in average scores from 2.5 to 3.8 (52%), with the highest increase in the ability to identify potential hazards. Field practice enabled participants to identify slippery trekking paths, uneven stairs, risky selfie spots, and biological disturbances from mosquitoes and wild animals, while also designing initial control measures such as installing warning signs, arranging paths, and demarcating hazardous areas. The evaluation phase showed that participants were better prepared to implement preventive measures and build a community-based safety culture. This training is expected to support the creation of a safe, comfortable, and sustainable Mount Salak Tourism Village.
