WITHDRAWAL OF MANUSCRIPT

Authors are not permitted to withdraw submitted or published manuscripts (unless there is a compelling reason), as such withdrawal wastes valuable resources already invested by editors and reviewers in processing the submitted manuscript and the work invested by the publisher.

If an author still requests withdrawal of their manuscript, they will be asked to submit a "Article Withdrawal Letter" signed by all corresponding authors, stating the reasons for withdrawal. Authors should not assume that their manuscript has been withdrawn until they receive proper notification from the editorial office.

However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted or published manuscript from one journal if it is accepted by another.
