Abstract

The Mengening Tourist Attraction in Gianyar Regency has considerable potential for the development of nature, culutral, and spiritual tourism. However, destination managers still face challenges related to the implementation of community-based tourism (CBT), digital promotion, and guiding competencies. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of destination managers and local communities through integrated training on Community-Based Tourism, digital tourism, and local tour guide. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of needs assessment, interactive lectures, discussions, simulations, mentoring, and evaluation involving village officials, destination managers, representatives of The Gianyar Tourism Office, and local residents.. The results indicate improved  participant knowledge and skills in community-based destination management, digital media  utllization for tourism promotion, and  professional guiding practices. The program also strengthened participants’ awereness of collaborative destination management  involving local stakeholders. The integration of CBT, digital tourism, and local tour guide training offers a pratical capacity-building model that supports community empowerment while improving the competitiveness of community-based tourism destinations.
