The basic English training program is part of the Community Service (PkM) program through the Field Work Program (KKN) of the Faculty of Business, Tourism, and Education at Triatma Mulya University, held at SD Negeri 4 Bedulu, Bedulu Village, Gianyar Regency. This training is aimed at 37 fourth-grade students and 29 fifth-grade students with the goal of improving basic English communication skills from an early age and preparing students to become junior tour guides capable of introducing the potential of Bedulu Tourism Village. The implementation method utilized an interactive and contextual learning approach, including the preparation of structured materials, audio-visual media, dialogue practice, educational games based on a point system, and project-based learning. The activities were conducted over four sessions per class, covering topics such as greetings and responses, spelling names, numbers, and giving directions, all tailored to the tourism context of Bedulu Village. The results demonstrated increased student engagement, confidence in speaking, and cooperation. The outcomes of the activity include “Young Tour Guide” videos at the Yeh Pulu Tourist Attraction (4th grade) and Goa Gajah (5th grade). This training created an interactive learning environment, boosted students’ self-confidence, and served as a first step in preparing Bedulu Village’s youth to meet the challenges of education-based tourism development.
