Abstract

East Duda Village, located in Selat District, Karangasem Regency, Bali, possesses significant cultural and spiritual value, along with diverse tourism potential such as plantations, waterfalls, rolling hills, and other natural attractions. The majority of the community works as farmers, particularly as salak farmers, while the village’s economic growth is also influenced by the tourism sector. The aim of this community service activity is to empower local communities in managing the potential of their village to support tourism development. The methods used include discussions, interviews, presentations, and direct community engagement activities. The results of the program include the production of village promotional videos, teaching activities for elementary school students, entrepreneurship seminars for MSMEs, cooking classes for PKK members, the launching of Arak Poleng, and various community service activities within the village environment.
