The community service activities carried out in 2023 provided positive and beneficial outcomes. This program aimed to offer assistance in digital marketing to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banjar Tiyingan, Pelaga Village, with the goal of enhancing their online presence through the creation of online stores on Shopee and Tokopedia marketplaces. The MSME coaching activities were conducted on February 8, 2023, at the village office, with a one-week implementation period that allowed participants sufficient time to learn and apply the acquired skills. The training materials included product photography techniques, product video creation, business logo design, and the establishment and management of online stores on Shopee and Tokopedia, all of which are highly relevant to digital marketing. A total of 30 participants, consisting of micro and medium-scale business owners, took part in this activity, indicating that the program was well-targeted toward communities in need of support for developing their online presence. The attendance rate reached 90%, reflecting a high level of participation, interest, and enthusiasm among participants in learning digital marketing skills. In addition to face-to-face sessions, participants were also able to access learning materials offline or online through recorded sessions, providing flexibility for them to learn according to their own schedules.
