Abstract

Batuan Kaler Tourism Village carries the theme of Archaeological Tourism Village due to the many interesting prehistoric sites that have become tourist attractions. Furthermore, the village's natural panorama with expanses of rice fields and plantations makes it a tourist attraction that provides enjoyment amidst the hustle and bustle of the capital city. The Tourism Awareness Group that has been formed faces several challenges in developing a sustainable archaeological tourism village. Some of the problems faced by the Pokdarwis include challenges in managing human resources to be able to improve the management of Pokdarwis and also the tourism village. In connection with these problems, the community service team of the Doctoral Program offers several solutions to overcome them, namely by managing Human Resources in the Tourism Village. The solution taken is to create an organizational structure and organizational chart, as well as hospitality training for the community involved in the Tourism Village activities. The first activity carried out was the creation of an organizational structure that can describe the duties and responsibilities of Pokdarwis administrators in Batuan Kaler Tourism Village. The second activity involved inviting resource persons to conduct tourism awareness socialization and hospitality training for the community involved in tourism village activities. This socialization and training is aimed at women from the Family Welfare Movement (PKK), who will contribute to the development of the Batuan Kaler tourism village. This activity went well, providing insight and skills to the community.
