The Pecatu area is known for its hilly topography and relatively dry soil conditions compared to other agricultural areas in Bali, the subak system continues to thrive by adapting agricultural patterns to suit the local environment. One of the subak groups that is still active today is the Subak Abian Widya Mandala Mekar Group, who utilizes organic waste, especially leftover offerings such as flowers, coconut leaves, and fruit, as well as other household waste, to be processed into solid and liquid organic fertilizer. This process involves crushing waste with machines, fermentation using local microorganisms, and packaging the fertilizer ready for use or sale. Problems faced by partners include: 1) Partners experience problems in recording financial transactions which are still done manually through training in recording financial transactions and providing a digitalized financial recording system.; 2) Partner obstacles in marketing the potential of subak groups through Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok to share subak group activities, such as agricultural processes, traditional activities, or educational tours.; 3) Partner obstacles related to proposal creation techniques to obtain assistance from the government and private institutions. The solutions offered to this problem are 11) Training in recording financial transactions using a Microsoft Excel-based financial transaction recording system; 2) Integrated Online Promotion Strategy Training; 3) Counseling on Making Proposals.
